6:30 AM - Arrival and morning coffee
7:00 AM - Ranch breakfast (hearty cowboy fare)
8:00 AM - Dawn cattle work (checking herd, moving cattle)
10:00 AM - Fence repair project or irrigation work
11:30 AM - Break and hydration
12:00 PM - Lunch
1:00 PM - Horsemanship skills in arena
2:30 PM - Practice roping and basic rodeo events
4:00 PM - Cattle trailing exercise
5:30 PM - Clean up and preparation
6:30 PM - Campfire dinner (BBQ, beans, cornbread)
8:00 PM - Stories, music, stargazing
9:00 PM - Departure

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30+ days: Full refund
- 15-29 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: 25% refund (weather exceptions apply)
