Day 1 Schedule

6:00 AM - Arrival and room assignment
6:30 AM - Ranch breakfast
7:30 AM - Morning cattle chores and feeding
9:00 AM - Major ranch project (branding or fence building)
12:00 PM - Lunch
1:30 PM - Advanced riding instruction
3:00 PM - Arena events training
5:00 PM - Evening cattle check
6:30 PM - Campfire dinner
8:30 PM - Roping practice and ranch stories

Day 2 Schedule

6:00 AM - Coffee and light breakfast
6:30 AM - Sunrise cattle work
8:30 AM - Full ranch breakfast
9:30 AM - Irrigation system training
11:00 AM - Equipment operation (tractors, ATVs)
12:30 PM - Lunch
2:00 PM - Cattle trailing and herding
4:30 PM - Arena competition practice
6:00 PM - Final campfire dinner
8:00 PM - Graduation ceremony and certificate presentation
9:00 PM - Departure or final night

Day 3 Schedule (3-day option)

6:00 AM - Working ranch hand duties
8:00 AM - Breakfast
9:00 AM - Independent project completion
11:00 AM - Final skills assessment
12:00 PM - Farewell lunch
1:00 PM - Departure

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30+ days: Full refund
• 15-29 days: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: 25% refund (weather exceptions apply)
